"I am a 29-year old prelingually and culturally deaf person who have used American Sign Language (ASL) since first acquiring language. I'm very privileged in using the Viable Realtime Transcription (VRT) service. I first saw VRT in action at Viable Technologies' booth at Deaf Way II in July of 2002.
